Slow and connection issue

Loading a Rush match now become worser and worser. Sometimes it’s just a black screen and it’s not loading, I have to quit the game and when I get back I always get the message to tell me that I quit the game bla bla bla….. I tried to load 3 games it took me at least 1 hour to play only 1 game between the connection error and how slow it is.

FC26 please take a look at the network issue. Sometimes it’s in our hand but sometimes it might be the server problem.

    I am using a wired connection, you can see my 'Connection Quality Report', my game has been unable to connect to the EA Servers since 20 hours. I keep getting flashed with the same error: "You have lost your online connection. Check your home network. You will not be able to access FC's online features until you can reconnect to EA Servers. Go to ea.com/unable-to-connect to find out more." 

    I've tried every possible solution, changing my DNS to manual, clearing system cache, restoring the game's license, syncing the saved data, everything, and the game simply refuses to go online.

    Thanks for running the test. Would you be able to switch to a wired connection or is your router too far away?

    The overall score is quite good ! But actually when finalizing the team to play rush, the screen stays black it’s loading forever or not loading at all. 
    Sometimes, the screen just is black and blink to show the game and back to pitch black.
    I don’t know what the problem is.
