Slow menus / can’t connect

Out of nowhere for the last few days my menus have become really slow and I’m unable to navigate menus or complete SBCs without long wait times or constant error messages saying I’m unable to connect to ultimate team servers or some other variation. Sometimes ultimate team won’t even load in and I’m left on the splash screen. It’s at the point now the game is genuinely unplayable as it’s freezing every 2-3 minutes at least

ive tried all suggested fixes from re downloading the game to restarting my router, clearing cache, deleting squads in the app, changing dns settings etc etc 

my internet is absolutely fine and working on other games, I’m on wired connection and my ea connection score is 99/100. I’m out of ideas at this point, it seems like it’s an EA problem to fix so I won’t hold my breath
