slow motion gameplay again with the latest update...

after downloading todays 1.5.3 patch, all the games im playing is basically in slow motion entire match, capping fps or setting vysnc on does not fix the issue anymore this happens both in every mode...

same issue here! the gameplay is super slow, while the main menu is still very smooth, this makes us can't play.
