slow motion or heavy laggy

I hope you're doing well.
I am reaching out because I am experiencing a major performance issue with EA Sports FC 26. Despite having an active EA Play Pro subscription, I have not been able to properly play FC 26 even twice since day one.
The game suffers from extreme lag, heavy stuttering, and constant freezing, making it completely unplayable.
This is very unexpected because my system has always run all previous FIFA titles and FC 25 smoothly. Since purchasing FC 26, I have reinstalled the game several times, updated all drivers, checked Windows updates, reset settings, and tried every recommended solution.
I have also tried every method suggested on YouTube, Reddit, EA Forums, community guides, and troubleshooting articles, but unfortunately none of them have worked. The problem still persists no matter what I try.
Because of this, I am forced to play FC 25, which has many issues and is not an acceptable alternative. I truly want to enjoy FC 26 and experience the improvements everyone talks about.
I kindly ask for your assistance in resolving this issue.
I am fully willing to cover any required costs if that helps fix the problem. If possible, I would greatly appreciate remote support through TeamViewer or AnyDesk, so that one of your technical specialists can directly access my system and diagnose the issue.
