So will anyone help me with ultimate Team or will EA just dont care?

Will I get help from EA or not??? Its not a problem that I can fix, I cant get into ultimate Team from monday and its starting to **bleep** me off.... Cant connect to Ultimate Team because of gauntlet mode i played, it kicked me out after the match finished and from there on i cant get back into the ultimate Team.... Anyone help ? Where can i contact EA or someone who will actually do something? Thx for answers
