Im playing on ps5 and cant open the game since i preorder the game - I have emailed Ea and there is no response !!
Today I downloaded the new update and its the same problem , that’s enough!! ⚠️

I am having problem with loging in to my account that i bought the Fc26 game on it, when i open the game a message appears and it never get me to the main menu , the message is
( " you have more than one storage device with a FC 26 profile. Please select a storage device to load from. " )
And its just " ok " to select under the message , no selection option available , Please i need to play the game as soon as possible, what can i do to solve the problem or what you can do to help me.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game many times. I have tried all the storage device ideas people have suggest elsewhere, I have even factory reset my Xbox to see if that would do anything yet the same message appears as soon as I load FC26. Pay for a game and can't even play?? The ten Hour trial not working was bad enough but can't play the game at all really?? Any help with this issue please.

I bought this game as soon as it's released, which is like a week ago. After playing manager career mode for a little while the message "I have more than one storage device with a FC 26 profile. Please select a storage device to load from." appeared.
I uninstalled and installed it, deleted saved profiles, used another account to load my profile, went offline, went online, and none of it worked.
I gave up and played with my other Playstation account and I ran into the same problem.
I only have 2 accounts so I basically can't play FC 26 anymore only after a week of playing and after paying 89 Canadian dollars.
I see people having the same issue with no response which means I've got no solution.
I'm very displeased and I'm probably gonna post about this on Instagram, tik tok,...

It's complacency on EA Sports part. They likely rushed development. They clearly barely monitor or respond to things here. They are confident that even if they dish up turds, the customer base will continue buying.
I had a bizarre experience today. It was half time and while I was in Team Management changing tactics, formations, making a substitution, evidently the game kept playing - without me - in the background. I could feel noises and vibrations - which sounded like a possible whistle but not too dissimilar to the system sounds that the console makes too. I came back to the game finding that 15 minutes had gone and I had conceded a goal. I restarted the game and I could no longer access the in game menu until half time - so no ability to even see the tactics I had what to speak of changing them, making substitutions, etc.
I am getting to the point where this of sloppiness and complacency is causing me to wonder why I keep giving EA Sports money year after year. - sintel119 days agoNewcomer
The game randomly says I have more than 1 storage device and to select only 1 storage device. It won’t let me get into the game. Can someone tell me what I need to do asap, thanks.

Hi!
Every time I launch FC 26, I get this message:
“You have more than one device with an FC 26 profile. Please select which storage device to load from.”
The problem is that I can’t press OK or select anything – the game freezes on that screen. I tried deleting local save files, but that only made me lose all my progress, and the same message still appears.
It looks like many other players have the same issue, but it hasn’t been fixed yet.
Details:
- Console: (e.g. Xbox Series X / PS5)
- EA ID: (your username)
- When the issue started: (date/time)
- Steps I have already tried:
- Restarted the console
- Full power reset
- Deleted local files
- Signed out and back into EA account
- Reinstalled the game
Result:
Game freezes on the same screen every time.
Expected solution:
Please fix the bug so we can select the correct storage device

My EA Sports FC 26 freezes at startup with the message ‘more than one storage device with an FC 26 profile.’ I’ve already reinstalled, cleared cache, rebuilt database, and unlinked my EA account.
Feel like I need to clear or repair my FC 26 cloud save data tied to my PSN ID.
I have tried doing this on PlayStation but same error on fc it has to be an issue with the game itself. Plus I have already deleted it from my console storage and started a fresh loosing all saves in my career mode and this will be the second time anyone any ideas on how to fix this? EA are useless when it comes to any support on this matter.

I am playing on Switch 2 and I have just been hit with the error message. It appears every time I launch the game and cannot be bypassed. Hitting Ok just displays the message again.
I do not have an additional storage device. I have no memory card inserted, just the internal storage.
I see that I am far from the first person to have this issue. Game is more expensive than ever and I can't even play it!
