Squad battles not giving rewards twice in one week...Need compensation

Twice this week had squad battles wins not awarded. Once game crashed and gave me a loss, the other time gave me my win, but rewarded no points. Absolutely nothing wrong with my console. This has most likely taken me out of Elite 2 awards.  Added the blatant no points given. But I have plenty of other documentation if this actually gets attention. Clips would exceed upload size though.

Need some compensation...
