Stadium Objects Bug and not receiving bounty rewards

I finished a rivals game with the bounty for play a game using a TOTW player. On 9/23 3:45 MST i finished the game and won 3-1. I had TOTW modric in my starting squad and subbed the player off during the game after about 45 mins but i still finished the game and should have received the reward for completion. This is on top of the fact i am also experiencing stadium objects on my field which is hindering all my games. Please fix this or escalate to appropriate individual who can help. EA_Vendcera​ 
The stadium objects are extremely frustrating showing in every game ive tweaked the camera settings too and disabled the stadium objects but still having issues. Besides this the game is smooth good job just please help!
