Still haven't gotten Premium Season Pass from Ultimate Edition

I purchased the EAFC 26 Ultimate Edition which includes the Premium Season Pass, but as of today (two days after release), I still haven’t received access to it. I’ve already tried the suggested tro...

Thank you for reporting these issues with the Premium Season Pass unlock. Our team is currently investigating the problem. In the meantime, please try the following steps:

  • Restart the game and check if the issue persists.
  • Log out of any secondary accounts on your console, then sign back in with your main account.
  • In some cases, temporarily changing the system language to English has helped resolve similar issues.

We appreciate your patience while we look into these issues.
