Thank you for reporting these issues with the Premium Season Pass unlock. Our team is currently investigating the problem. In the meantime, please try the following steps:

Restart the game and check if the issue persists.
Log out of any secondary accounts on your console, then sign back in with your main account.
In some cases, temporarily changing the system language to English has helped resolve similar issues.
