Still missing fc points hours after purchase
I brought 2800fc points earlier today and 6 hours later they’re still not here is anyone else having the same problem .

The have to compensate us because this is ridiculous if there’s enough of us this is now legally false advertising!
Talked to them a last time yesterday, because I’m done putting energy in them. It was Garima (the agent’s name) that said that I did receive the 12k and that I used them. I told her that was not the case but she fully admitted that she won’t give me the points back where I paid for. So it’s not just false advertising, it’s actively scamming us and keeping us in the loop for so long. All the explanations like “our team is working on it” were just BS.
So surely we take it further now legally did you screenshot it
