Still missing fc points hours after purchase

January 16 I had bought FIFA points that were worth $26. I bought 2800 FIFA points and I never received them. I I bought it again and I received them the second time but I still never received the first 2800 FIFA points that I had originally bought. I was wondering if I could either possibly get a refund or if I could get those points sent in back to my FC 26 account

Yesterday i bought fc points and the money sent thru but i did not get the fc points.

this happened to me yesterday but i bought £13 worth of fifa points, never got them

Does Anyone have a problem with FC points they bought yesterday around 7pm? I did not get them and 24 hours passed by.

hi guys, I purchased some fc points yesterday, only 2800, they didn’t get credited to my account, it’s been longer than 24 hours, I’ve got in contact with both ea and PlayStation and they haven’t done anything, any ideas on what to do? Tried absolutely everything to try get them. 

I am in the exact same boat. 

I bought 12.000 fifa points 36 hours and 3 ea help chats fietser still haven’t got it

So I bought 1200 points the other day 48 hours and they’re still not here meaning I’ve missed the TOTY ATTACKERS promo and still don’t have my coins!!!

When will this get fixed and will I be compensated for missing a promo I OBVIOUSLY bought the points to use on!!!
