still not working

Game still wont launch and steam refuses to give a refund all it does is load the anti cheat and then chrashing into ea app saying "error on our end try again later" have tried it all nothing works i will gladley drag you into danish court as we have consumer laws against the sale of faulty products and fake marketing so either fix it, give me my refund or have a lawsuit on your hands
