Stuck on loading screen on Clubs

When I try to play clubs with my friends its always after kit selection everyone gets stuck on the loading screen until I alt+F4. It happens also when I try to join the game from join live feature. I tried verifying files integrity on steam, and uninstalling and reinstalling the game and still have the same issue. I've had it for a couple of weeks and the issue still did not go away. Can anyone please help me resolve the issue as soon as possible?.
