Subject: Final Response regarding OPPO A79 Optimization

Dear EA Support Team (Ruvinelle),
Thank you for your reply and for clarifying the situation regarding device compatibility.
However, I am extremely disappointed with this limitation. While you mentioned that my device is not yet on your supported list, it is heartbreaking that a phone with a MediaTek Dimensity 6020 and a 90Hz display is locked at a choppy 30 FPS, while lower or similar devices run it smoothly.
I really love playing FC Mobile and wanted to keep playing, but the constant lag and rigid compatibility system have left me completely frustrated. Since I cannot enjoy a smooth gaming experience here, I am permanently deleting this game forever.
I am officially shifting to eFootball, which runs at a constant 60 FPS smoothly on my phone without any issues. It is unfortunate to leave FC Mobile due to this lack of optimization, but this experience has been unacceptable.
