Sudden high ping since new update

Hey folks, up until the update I used to always get a ping anywhere between 15-20 ms while playing division rivals in UT on my Xbox.  Since the update yesterday, I can’t seem to go below 88 ms ping. I’m located in Vancouver.  Is there something going on with the west coast servers and I’m being directed to far away servers? Any help will be appreciated. I’ve already tried the usual advanced settings (DNS, alternate MAC etc) and matchmaking options. Even confirmed that my internet connection is strong and other games work just fine.
