Sudden Lag

Hello i bought EA FC 26 two days ago and i started playing like normal, no perfomance issue or something i played like 20 matches with 100 fps+++ and today i played like normal until i joined i rivals match and suddenly i have 5-10 fps i can t resolve this with any fixes from tutorials or chatgpt
pc specs: RYZEN 7 5700X , 16 GB RAM , GTX 1650
