Technical issue

Hi everyone. I purchased EA FC 26 Ultimate Edition, but at the beginning of the game, when you're supposed to choose your favorite club, nothing happens after I make my selection — I only see the colorful background. I'm playing on PS4. Could someone help me, maybe? Has anyone else experienced something like this?
