The connection to Ultimate Team is not available.

Question

After I finish a match, I always get this error message: “The connection to Ultimate Team is not available. You will be returned to the main menu.” It happens a bunch of times no matter what I play — whether it’s Rush or a friendly match. I bought the premium edition of the game, but I can’t play at all, and it’s honestly more frustrating than the game itself.

Had the same issue playing rivals after a win where I completed multiple objectives, extremely frustrating.

I also saw on the EA SPORTS FC Direct Communication Twitter account that players in the North American region are having issues, but I’m in the European region and still experiencing the same problem.
