The game is not assigning control to my players
Every week in FUT Champs , 2 -3 games are lost to this glitch. The game starts but I get control of one player out of 11. Rest 10 have a white cursor on top and are not controllable. There is no way to fix it or to report it. The game counts towards a FUT champs game and obviously I lose it.
Please fix this glitch. If this persists, I am not buying the next one. This is the third game in this FUT champs alone. Also it is not a controller or device issue because it only happens during FUT Champs and has happened with multiple controllers.
