Forum Discussion
Hi there. I'm sorry to say, we're not able to help with accidental SBC submissions. Please make sure to be more careful in the future.

Thanks for your reply. However, since this was caused by a bug, it couldn't have been avoided even if I had been careful.
The situation has changed since I posted on the forum, so please hear my story again.
For some reason, I've been unable to send inquiries recently. Is this intentional on EA's part? I don't know, but since I can't send inquiries, I'm posting here.
I'm a victim and should be entitled to compensation, but I was disappointed when EA told me to give up.
I endured the situation, but I have now found conclusive evidence that proves that an EA bug was the cause.
I've recorded the entire incident on video, so you can't make excuses anymore, right? I won't be satisfied until I receive the correct compensation.
I'll explain the evidence now.
I once again traded for Roberto Sanchez at 78 Gold Common. I tried to apply a GK evolution to him. For some reason, I got the message "You already have an evolved player, so you can't evolve a new player," and I couldn't start.
I thought this was strange, so I decided to check all the players I own.
When I search for "Chelsea" and "GK," the only thing that comes up is Sanchez, who is a gold common with a rating of 78.
Does this mean that the data discrepancy is due to an event that should never happen, caused by the webapp bug I experienced?
This proves that I am not at fault, but rather a victim of EA's bug.
Because if I had mistakenly traded an evolved player for an SBC, that player would have correctly disappeared, and I would no longer have the evolved player.
In my case, as I mentioned last time, isn't it because the exchange was recorded due to a bug that the data is messed up?
I'll explain again the bug I experienced on December 12th. I used the Team Builder feature with the "Gold Common" and "Ignore Position" settings.
When I did that, I completed the SBC because I had Roberto Sanchez, the Chelsea GK with an overall rating of 78 and a gold common rating, lined up, but Sanchez, who has an overall rating of 84, disappeared.
Does that explain it now? It was something I couldn't avoid. I am the victim.
Because of this bug, I can't even evolve Sanchez anymore. Can you say this is normal service? Can you just tell me to bear with it because it's my fault?
I have filmed a video showing all of this. I can send it to you at any time if you provide the email address of an official technician.
I will of course cooperate in order to receive the correct compensation.
I'm sure you will find out once you analyze my account's data and logs.
You also mentioned in customer chat that it is technically difficult to return evolved players, but with such conclusive evidence, you have an obligation to make special arrangements.
Please return my Sanchez, who has an overall rating of 84.- doraemon7777724 hours agoSeasoned Novice
Here's video evidence that something unusual is happening.
I've lowered the resolution for now to post, but I have a clearer version.
You should be able to see the following three things:
1. I currently only own the Gold Common Roberto Sanchez.
2. I searched for players with evolutions that are applicable to anyone 86 or below.
3. When I tried to select the Gold Common Roberto Sanchez, for some reason it was determined that I already had the evolution version and I couldn't select him.
When my 84 overall Roberto Sanchez disappeared in SBC on December 12th, it was not my fault. This is evidence that an EA glitch caused Sanchez to disappear in an abnormal way, corrupting the data. You should be able to see it.
Please analyze past data and logs and return my 84 overall Roberto Sanchez.- EA_Aljo23 hours ago

Thank you. We're not able to confirm there was an issue with the SBC from your video. You'll need to contact an advisor to have them investigate your account to find out where the 84 Sanchez went. Cases can be opened by using the 'Contact us' button at the bottom of this page.
