There was a glitch in the webapp sbc and my players disappeared.
At around 8:50 AM on December 12th, I completed an SBC using the webapp, selecting 10 players with an overall rating of 78 or higher. A glitch in the webapp caused my unselected "evolved GK Roberto Sanchez, with an overall rating of 84."
On December 17th, EA's technical team promised to investigate, but 10 days have passed and nothing has changed.
Not only have I not received my Sanchez, I can't even start a new evolution. I'm suffering from a bug caused by a bug. A log analysis would immediately reveal the validity of what I'm saying.
And I was shocked. There are many players who have suffered the same pain as me at the hands of EA. So, is EA still refusing to admit its mistake and continuing to avoid taking the right action? How many more victims do you intend to create?
