Title: Unable to Redeem Previous Season Upgrade and Cannot Open Packs
Hello FC26 Team,
I recently returned to the game after a period of inactivity, and I still have rewards and an upgrade from the previous season. However, I am facing a technical issue that prevents me from accessing them.
Whenever I enter the store to open my packs, I receive a message saying:
"You have an upgrade that has not been redeemed."
But when I click on the button to redeem the upgrade, the game immediately kicks me out of the store.
I have tried the following steps, but the issue remains:
- Attempted to redeem the upgrade from the in‑game store.
- Tried again using the mobile companion app.
- Contacted support, and they directed me to report the issue here in the community forum.
At the moment, I cannot open any packs at all because the game will not allow me to proceed until the upgrade is redeemed. This makes the issue even more urgent.
I kindly ask for your assistance in resolving this problem so I can access my rewards and use the store normally again.
