TOTY Edition missing points and packs Playstation 5

Almost two weeks ago i bought the EA FC 26 TOTY edition through the PS store on PS5. This edition should come with 5000 EA FC Points and some packs. I never received the points or the packs. I tried contacting PS and EA supoort. 

Does anyone know how to fix this?
