Every time I try to resell this card (the only card with the issue) on the web app, phone app and PS5 I either receive an error message, cannot move to club or "transfer market heating up".

I listed an Ultimate Scream Paulo Dybala for 6 hours last night on the market, the game had maintenance and now the card is stuck in the transfer list. I can't listed for sale, add it to my club, or added to my active club. Want to list on the market to get coins back

Have you been doing a lot of actions on the transfermarket recently?
Try to log out and log back in first.
If the issue persist, you can continue on the console to see if it unlocks the item.
I have not been doing anymore transactions then I have done before. I have tried logging in and out too. I believe this is do to the fact I had the player listed during the server maintenance last night.
I have the same problem with another card I listed for 6 hours.
I have the same issue with listing transfers. Just contacted the Live Chat support and they forwarded it to the technical department.
I have got the same problem since today, the transfer list doenst work und the App or on the console. I already un-/reinstalled the app, nothing works.
I hope your issue gets resolved bro because zico is currently up right now on the market
