Transfer Market Access Bug - Playtime Sync Error & Manual Triggers Completed
Hi EA Team,
I am looking for assistance with a persistent Transfer Market lock on the Web/Companion App. My account has been restricted for 12+ days with the message "This account has not yet earned access."
I am a daily PS5 player and regular FC Point purchaser. I have no history of bans or warnings. I have been playing 3-5 matches daily for over a month, but I noticed my EA Playtime match counter was stuck at 0 for a long time.
I have already tried the following to fix the sync:
- Re-toggled all Privacy/Playtime settings.
- Completed all Foundation SBCs and Objectives on the console.
- Played and redeemed rewards in Moments mode to trigger a server refresh.
- Played across multiple modes (Rivals, Squad Battles, and Career Mode).
Despite these "human" activities, the Web App still won't unlock. It appears my gameplay data is not being communicated to the market-unlock system correctly.
