Transfer Market Access

I have had the game since 2 days after early release with ultimate edition, I completed all the listed objectives where it said only one is needed to be completed to gain transfer market access, I have played manager career mode, over 200 games in FUT (SBs, Rivals, Live Events, Draft, SBCs), Ive played multiple clubs and some kick off foundations training things. 

I still, 2 weeks after completing the objectives, do not have access to the transfer market in any which way. I didnt play FIFA or EAFC since Fifa 23, so I assumed this to be normal, but now I am getting fed up. A community manager on here has told me over a week ago that I would have an update on my situation last week, I have had 3 cases on EA Help marked as solved even though I and many other players are still experiencing this issue. I was told once that I just need to explore the game more, but after all the hours I have played the game I find this hard to believe to be the solution.

I have spent alot of time and money buying and playing this game and would appreciate a fix or at least an update to this ASAP. This is clearly not a case of "exploring the game more" it is a bug/glitch or whatever it is not allowing me access to one of the biggest aspects of the game.
