Transfer Market Issue

Hello, for some time now I have started to use the transfer market more on the webapp. I have such a problem that if I enter, for example, the amount from 500k-2000k, then after jumping, let's say up to 30 minutes, the market blocks me completely. Sometimes it's enough for me to restart the webapp and sometimes it gets a ban and I can't use the market for a while.
