Transfer Market still locked

In the foundations objectives, The objective "Venturing Out" has an objective where you complete the foundations evo. I have completed this evo on Arsenals Michelle Agyemang but the objective says that its still incomplete therefore the transfermarket is still locked. If anyone knows how to help please tell me. Thanks
