TS CAN'T BE REAL I'M DONE WITH THIS GAME

So I've decided some minutes ago to play a draft. I made one of the best teams and I was sure that I'm going to win it. I don't have a photo with the team but it was really crazy. First game I get into: the opponent is not playing, and then I get kicked in the menu and it says that I lose the draft because that match ended 0:0 and got silver packs and a gold pack. I don't think this is normal at all because I paid for that draft and got some good players just to lose it by some stupid bugs/erorrs. Please rewind this and give me some compensation! At that draft back because this is not normal and I'm very upset right now. Do something fast please because this is a very bad experience!🙏🙏I don't have any screenshot of this, but I hope the EA employees can see it and give their verdict..
