Got the same issue - PC+DualSense Wireless controller (Firmware A-0630) - working in menu but doing nothing during the Rivals game, had to forfeight twice already. Instead of that keyboard works, but strange - WASD working like cursor buttons, and some buttons on the right side like actions, could not play anyway.
Subscribing to this issue and waiting for EA reply. That all happenned after last update!
