Ultimate Editiom Rewards NOT received.

From the moment that I bought the game, October 18th, till today I only received the club bonuses. I did not receive the important ones, the ones that were the main reason for the purchase, the "Season 1 Premium Pass" and the " 6,000 FC Points over two months".

I would like to get the rewards that were promised by buying the ultimate package.
