Ultimate Edition

More than 7 months ago I purchased FC 26 Ultimate Edition through Steam. I received the initial 2,000 FC Points normally, but I have been waiting for the remaining 4,000 FC Points ever since, and to this day I have not received them.

I contacted EA to get help with my case, and EA told me to contact Steam since that was the platform through which I purchased the game, and that they could not do anything further. I then contacted Steam, and their response was that they are only responsible for delivering the game license, and that the FC Points are delivered by EA, so Steam could not do anything about it either — they recommended that I contact EA again.

I reached out to EA once more, and they told me they would review my case and get back to me in the following days. It has now been 1 month since then and I still have not received a response.
