Ultimate Gauntlet 14

I still have 8 entrys and 1 match left for the 9th entry but always getting the same messeage: 
Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the Main Menu.

If the opponent quit before the ball was kicked no problem but if i quit in a losing match or the other player quit i get this messeage and quiting to the Main Menu.

Can someone please help before the event ends?
