hi, I am having an issue with the gauntlet, please help and I contacted EA help TWICE! They said that they are aware but I am still waiting for a fix.... I expect to be given rewards I miss out on because of isssues with EA Servers if there is no fix
I am having a similar problem/issues:
Case Summary: Account Database Desynchronization and Objective Progress Failure
Severe account database desynchronization resulting in broken gameplay validation, duplicate item generation, and objective tracking failure (Gauntlet 18).
The Initial Match and Server Validation Error
The issue originated directly following the completion of an online matches and tasks required for the Gauntlet 18 objective. During the matches, I successfully scored the necessary goa/s and completed objectives to advance my progress. However, immediately upon the conclusion of the match, the game failed to transition normally back to the Ultimate Team menus. Instead, a critical error message appeared on the screen stating that there was a mismatch with server validation and that the server could not validate the match outcome. Consequently, the game adjusted the objective progress back to zero, failing to record the goals, the match and other objectives completion.
Disconnect Between Menu Status and Actual Rewards
Following this server validation error, a significant discrepancy emerged within the Ultimate Team menus. When navigating to the Objectives tab, the interface visually indicates that the other daily play campaigns or objectives have been completed, showing the progress bars as full. Despite this visual confirmation in the menu UI, the actual Gauntlet rewards remain locked, and the official counter for the Gauntlet 18 objective remains stuck at absolute zero. The game recognizes the completion on one interface layer but refuses to grant the progression or rewards on the server layer.
Conclusion and Request for Manual Database Correction/ rewards granted if miss out because of issue with EA servers...
local troubleshooting step—including deleting squad files, resetting active lineups, using default items, and verifying cloud saves—has been exhausted, this issue cannot be resolved on the user end. The visual evidence of the 14 and 40 duplicate items, combined with the server validation mismatch message, proves that my account profile is stuck in a desynchronized loop on the EA backend. I request that a technician manually review my account inventory, clear the corrupted duplicate items, and manually correct and complete the stuck Gauntlet 18 objective progress, so that the Gauntlet 18 objectives are all complete and all awards are successfully granted or extend the time

I just cant claim the objective, i play the games and they just dont count. EA FIX THIS

Also got issues with the Gauntlet Bonus Objective
Perfect Round and it didn't count
