Ultimate gauntlet problem

I’ve been playing FC 26 in the Ultimate Gauntlet 3 mode and encountered a serious problem. After finishing a match — whether I win or lose — the game crashes and returns me to the start screen, without counting the match I just played. This issue has been happening continuously for several days, and no fix I’ve tried has worked.

Also, if I quit the match midway in Ultimate Gauntlet 3, the game crashes to the start screen as well, but it doesn’t record it as a loss.
