“You cannot access to Ultimate Team at this moment”
Since yesterday I cannot enter to Ultimate Team on my ps4, always I tried to access the same error cames on: “You cannot access to Ultimate Team at this moment. You will return to the main menu”. Perhaps, I can enter with the Companion app and the web app, but when I return to my console appears the same error, furthermore I tried to restart my router and my console, clear cache, rebuild the database, etc, but still doesn’t work.
The problem started when my router turned off in the middle of a game, since then I have the same error when I try to enter, so I thought, but I’m not sure, that it can be a problem from the server that have my session stuck or frozen.
I would appreciate it if the problem could be solved because there are some active objectives that I want to complete, but with this problem I’m loosing time
