“You cannot access to Ultimate Team at this moment”

same issue on ps5, cant even play and its been 2 days now, lost out on rewards etc due to this and game d/cin me in final moments of matches in gauntlet. replyin here so can see if ea say anythin, but i doubt they will care

Also having this issue on PC, I am able to login into EA's servers, play other online modes (like Online Seasons) but always get this message when entering Ultimate Team. I also suspect my session is frozen on EA's server since the game crashed when I last played UT.

Yeah, exactly what happens to me, I play the connection during a match and now I’m not able to enter since Monday

I think they don’t care, they keep saying to me that the team is working on that, and also yesterday one worker said to me that they don’t have set a deadline to solve it and they will do it when the team wants, a very hopeful response

Same issue on PS5 had this issue for 4 days. Tested nearly everything still doesn't work.

How did you speak to a worker.

Been 4 days for me. Don't think there's any way to resolve it. They need to hurry up and sort it out. Absolutely useless, the bugs get worse every year with this game. 

In the EA Help web you have an option to chat with an advieser of EA, I used the last 3 days, they tried to help me with some solutions, like rebuild de database or eliminate some caché, but didn’t helpes me

also have the same problem now. do you have a fix?
