Ultimate team error after error

Living nightmare. one of the chumps who pre ordered ultimate edition to play early and texas, arizona, and las vegas servers all down. i can’t believe EA hasn’t tweeted or acknowledged anything. just telling us to submit a laundry list (gamertag, time, location and like 8 other things) of information to figure out the problem. look at your servers man, there’s a reason a million people in the previously mentioned areas can’t play ultimate team. nothing works except having to pay for a vpn. surprise surprise works like a charm, FIX IT BRO. beyond me how a company this big doesn’t acknowledge anything and can go an ENTIRE day without people in those areas being able to play. also how many people work here and on launch day not a single employee is monitoring servers? pissed off man this company is atrocious. i want to play the game!!!
