For more than 48 hours, I haven’t been able to access Ultimate Team, even though I can successfully connect to the EA servers The issue isn’t with my internet connection because I can play other games without any problems After trying all possible solutions and failing, I even tried accessing Ultimate Team in FC 25 but that didn’t work either.
I also can’t access Ultimate Team through the Web App it shows me a message saying that EA servers are not available I even tried logging in with a different account, but the same message still appears.
I really need help here because I have spent a lot of FC Points on my account. - hscdsgn3 months agoNew Rookie
I haven't been able to log in to Ultimate Team since last night. There's no problem with my connection. I haven't been banned either. However, when I try to log in, it redirects me to the main menu. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

Hello,
I’m experiencing a serious issue with EA FC 26 on my PlayStation account.
Whenever I try to enter Ultimate Team, the game gives me the following message and sends me back to the main menu:
“You are currently unable to access Ultimate Team. You’ll be returned to the main menu.”
I can access other game modes such as Clubs, Kick Off, and everything else without any problem.
Only Ultimate Team is blocked, and this issue has been happening continuously.
I have already tried all possible solutions, including:
- Reinstalling the game
- Clearing saved data
- Restarting the console
- Logging out of EA accounts
- Removing trusted devices
- Changing my EA account password
None of these steps fixed the issue. Ultimate Team is still completely inaccessible.
This problem is preventing me from playing the main mode of the game, and I kindly request urgent assistance from your support team. Please check my account and remove any possible restrictions or security blocks that may be stopping me from accessing Ultimate Team.

Ive tried to reinstall fc26 and i still can't get into ultimate team it keeps giving me this message on ps5

Same for me on my Xbox currently! Saying I can’t connect to the servers, but I hop onto Apex Legends and those servers are running and playable and able to connect to. I just bought eafc yesterday and can’t play it

Also same. Can play pro clubs and seasons. Only ultimate team isn't working. I contacted chat support and they said a lot of people are experiencing this but there's nothing they can do (it's been over a week). Honestly, unbelievable from a game company and really discouraging as a lifelong FIFA/EAFC player who's spent so much money on the game over the years. They clearly do not care about their player base.
