Ultimate Team inaccessible on PS5 after disconnects – Case #236072687
Platform: PS5
Mode affected: Ultimate Team only
Issue:
After multiple match disconnects, Ultimate Team became completely inaccessible.
This issue has been ongoing for several days.
All other modes (Clubs, Kick-Off, etc.) work normally.
Troubleshooting completed:
- Squad deletion via Web App
- Empty squad creation
- Cache reset and power cycle
- All EA Help suggested workarounds
EA Help confirmed this is a known issue and is collecting similar cases.

This appears to be an account-specific server-side lock.
Requesting backend investigation or Ultimate Team session reset.
