Ultimate team keeps crashing on PS5

Question

No matter what I do I can’t fix it. Once Im on ultimate team and try to complete an sbc, search for players, open the store or anything at all, the loading symbol at the bottom appears and it takes forever to load anything. Is anybody else having this issue? It’s made the game LITERALLY unplayable, no matter what I do the game just crashes and forces me to restart the game from the PS5 Home Screen or wait minutes for the loading to finally give me a “lost connection” pop up message.

Yes, all my other games work though and I have a great connection in game&nbsp;

Yeah on another page a employee replied to us and everyone said they used Sky internet.. So im guessing its a problem with FC 26 and Sky but waiting to hear back from the employee&nbsp;

I'm having the sams issue just started happening the other day tries changing thr dna recreated database cleared cache reinstalled the lot still same issie, I've had it on the series x from launch with sky no issued thought I'd grab it on ps5 pro I'm met with this huge put off from buying the next one on playstation, unplayable.
