Ultimate Team match counted as loss after "You Won" message

I was playing an Ultimate Team tournament match.
At the end of the game it showed “You won the match”.
After leaving the match and returning to Ultimate Team,
the game recorded a 0–1 loss, even though no goals were scored.

This looks like a server desync or no-loss glitch.
Please investigate the match logs.I was playing the "Golden Standard Cup" tournament in Season 4.
The match took place around 3:25 PM.
My opponent was a player with the username kazio1910PL.
