Ultimate team not working

I’m still having trouble connecting to ultimate team. This has been going on since the first day of early access.  I was only able to play 1 game in the first 6 days of early access because I either can’t connect to ultimate team or once if in I get kicked back to the main menu. Also it loads for 5 minutes anytime I try to do anything. How do you plan on addressing this issue and how do you plan to compensate for this. Paying 90 for the game and not being able to play it is a scam. I have tried everything from unplugging cords from my ps5 and router. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the game, deleting all saved data in storage, clearing cache, rebuilding database, restore licenses, and changing dns servers. Nothing has worked. You owe an explanation, an apology, and compensation. Your customer service is atrocious.!!!!!!
