Ultimate Team PC: UNABLE TO CONTROL TEAM IN RIVALS

Hi, even though Rush and Squad Battles are working absolutely fine, whenever I have entered a Rivals game, the game DOES NOT take any inputs, either from a controller or from my keyboard. The players just stand with the ball, do not take any direction inputs, pass or shoot, ABSOLUTELY NO INPUT at all. I have tried this across multiple games (4 to be exact), and even let one game play to 90 minutes (the game worked fine for the opponent, who scored 4 goals and left it as is, because none of my players were doing anything at all!). I have also tried it on different networks and data hotspot, but the issue persists.

My internet connection is working absolutely fine, as showcased in the speed test screenshot below. Also, given the game works absolutely fine on Rush and Squad Battles Modes, this is clearly a Rivals issue. PLEASE FIX ASAP, this is highly disappointing and I am also requesting you to REMOVE the last 4 results and the DNF modifier, as I AM ABSOLUTELY UNABLE to control players at all!
