Ultimate team server crashed during Champions match - Counts as loss...

Last night I was playing a Champions match vs someone with an insane team, so I was really happy to find myself 5-3 ahead. Suddenly the game crashes on me again and while my internet was fine I could not get back into Ultimate Team and the game said something about server issues. 

Today I log in again and ofcourse they counted it as a loss for me and I get a disconnect warning. I have tried reaching out to EA before for similar issues by filling in a contact form, but I never get any response so I'm gonna try posting it here for a change. Is there any way to get the loss removed and have an extra match back? It's hard enough as it is to get a good streak in champions without this sh*t happening.

Really starting to get fed up with all these technical difficulties always ending up penalizing the player. Shouldnt they be able to see the disconnect happened on their end and not count the match as a loss? Has anyone found a way to succesfully reach EA support that actually responds?

It's making me want to stop playing, especially when this stuff keeps happening during an online draft or champions run.
