Ultimate team unavailable at the moment.

I can't get into Ultimate teams on XBOX SERIES X. Repeatedly get the message Ultimate teams plus unavailable at this time. You will be returned to the main menu. This has been 48 hours nearly. 

EA say it'll be sorted soon but repeatedly fob me off. So frustrating, no idea what they're doing.

    Also have an issue with FC points not migrating from FC25 to FC26 and new purchased points not appearing on my account. EA advisors are next to useless claiming it's not a problem at their end and I need to go back to the point of purchase. Guess this is me never buying another EA game again.
