4 months agoHi there. Let's see if power cycling your modem/router and Nintendo Switch will help. For the modem/router, unplug it for 2 minutes, then plug it back in.
For your Switch, hold down the power button until the menu pops up. Then, choose Turn Off. Wait at least 30 seconds to turn your console on. Then try playing again.

EA_Aljo is it not possible to get a phone number or some sort of direct contact to make this easier please ?
