I’m in Arizona and I can not connect to ultimate team, it’s been 9 days, it worked for a bit yesterday and again today I can not access it

Unfortunately, they won't communicate anything. They have made that clear with no solution to the 3rd most viewed bug on this forum. They marked it as solved in X and no one showed that their post resulted in anything. Worst start to a year ever!
