Unable to access seasonal track

Scince i have started playing ea fc26 ultimate team i have not been able to access my seasonal track.

i have tried to delete and reinstall the game, check my internet connection, restart the game and my console but i have been unsuccessful in fixing the issue. I only play on one account and only on my PS5.

I have also been unable to access it on the web app and this issue has caused huge problems to my progression

please look into my account and fix the issue and compensate me for being unable to access my seasonal track.
