Unable to claim coins from FC Hub

"Dear EA Support Team,

I am writing to report a technical issue with my account. I am currently unable to claim my available coins from the FC Hub. When I click the 'Claim' button, the action completes, but my coin balance does not increase, and the coins are not credited to my account.

Could you please investigate this issue,and ensure the missing coins are credited back to my account, and help me resolve this problem?
